Hi! Newbie to the poultry world!

Hey everyone! I have read & learned so much on here that I find myself on this site daily. So I decided to join!

I have 4 - week old pullets and just hatched 4 silkies. They're 1 & 3 days old.
We just hatched 2 Cotournix quail last week
& 2 ducks about 7-8 weeks old. (our friends landlord wouldnt let them keep the ducks so we took them) a Pekin and Rouen (I think). I also think the Pekin is a girl and the Rouen a drake.
We have talked and read up on chickens for a good year but that was it. So within the last month we just dove in head first. Looking forward to getting to know others and learn as much as I can from you guys!

We're in TX, married 16 years and have 2 daughters.

Yes we will. We were given the 2 quail eggs when we got our silkie eggs . So we incubated them to see how it would go. Both hatched! Yay! Now we need more
