small holder here - 13 acres - bout half cleared, the rest wooded, vernal ponds and pools and a bit wild toward the back end.
got some guinea keets and chickens and are filling our pens and hoping in the spring to be able to take a bite out of the ridiculous number of ticks on the property.
long history of chickens ... but never in KY....so that part is kind of new.....

I guess that is big business here.... ) the point being I have a lot of chicken pens but nothing that would work for ducks right now.... . We have had ducks in the past and love them.... so we are likely going to get a few... drainage, fences, and hardscapes are the order of business atm!!
