I've kept backyard for 30 years. My partner and I LOVE them and include them into our family.

I enjoy interacting with my hens. I've discovered over the years that each one of our hens that we've ever had...has a unique personality.

I was a clinical social worker by profession; but, am now retired 15 years. I love the outdoors; gardening; walking my dog and teaching him new tricks.

I also enjoy following national politics and staying current on local cultural, social and political news.

Why I'm on this forum: to learn and share knowledge about backyard hens.
