We got our 1st chickens about 4 weeks ago, my children love them so much, I used to be scared of them but have fallen in love we have 8

Glad you could join the flock! I too was just like that! Scared to death of birds untill my son and his dad got a couple of hens. Needless to say I was soon hooked and I've not looked back since

Hi and welcome to BYC! Haha I also used to be scared of chickens because at the first barn I took horseback riding lessons, there were about seven little bantam roosters who were positively ferocious

and would chase everyone. It was terrifying to a seven year old me!
