Hi there. I've wanted chickens for years and now is the time. I got a coop and now need some chickens. I don't want to start with chicks though. Any ideas where to get pulleys in south Santa Clara County, CA?

You might want to try posting in your state thread for local birds (there are two CA threads) https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/270925/find-your-states-thread also check out the BYC Buy-Sell-Trade forum https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/67/buy-sell-trade you can also post a Want Ad there after you have 20 posts. You might also try asking local feed stores like TSC, they have chick days this time of year, and some of them will have swaps where people bring older birds, also check their bulletin boards, and Craigslist.
