Hi everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself to everyone here. I am 38 years old, male. My parents have Rhode Island Reds Chickens (4 months old). Brand spanking new coop, home made and built by my bro in law. Out of all the chicks they got from a local store 1 ended up being a Turkey. You can see her in my avatar or profile. So basically 10 chickens and 1 turkey that share a coop. I live in my own, but I visit my parents often and am here to learn more about chickens for them. Kind of like their info guy. But they seem to have everything down so far. We live in Eastern Idaho. We love it here. My parents yard is a 1 acre yard with tons of fruit trees, raspberry patch, strawberry patch and garden. Its awesome in their backyard. I am working on a video with an intro to the gulden farm. I will be sharing that along with pictures and all that great stuff. Looking forward to chatting with everyone and seeing everyones setup and asking the questions I have. Thanks for such an informative and entertaining website/resource for people with chickens.
