We have a question for all you experienced hatchers out there...we have three eggs from two different hens both in the breeding pen with the same rooster. All three of the eggs from the oldest hen weren’t fertile whereas the younger hens eggs were fertile and still going strong. The rooster is young and healthy and mates with both hens frequently


So I guess my question is: is there something wrong or off with the older hen or is it simply a coincidence that none of her eggs are fertile?
