I'm relatively new to raising chickens, and need all the help I can get! I've recently started helping my parents, who decided to become farmers in their 70's

, take care if their chickens, duck, turkey, and guinea fowl, but I gotta tell ya, I'm just completely lost! Especially when it comes to eggs, candling, and being able to distinguish a fertilized egg from an unfertilized one. Is there somewhere that has this info that I can access easily? Thanks so much!

Short version - the only way to tell if an egg is fertile is to
1. Crack it open and look for the "bullseye"
2. Incubate it
