Nice variety of breeds you keep, makes for a colorful chicken yard for sure!
Look on the birds neck. Generally they start molting at the head and neck first. You would see lots of blood/pin feathers at the skin level and maybe what looks like dandruff on the head around the face, eyes and comb. Mites usually head for the vent area, skin gets very red and you would see what looks like dirt around the end of the feather shaft closest to the skin.
