I know of no vet who can or will caponize a chicken.
Have you considered just rehoming him to someone looking for a cockerel for their flock? It is done all the time with nice boys. Good luck.
Thank you for your message. I haven't been successful in finding a Vet to do it. With me just learning about chickens/Roosters, I'm not sure why they don't? People neuter most animals, so wondering why not the Rooster? Like I said before, he has become a pet and really didn't want to rehome, but it's looking like I may have too. :(

Anesthesizing a bird is not trivial. A mammals testes are outside the body cavity. A birds are internal.
