Just joined - we're embarking on the chicken adventure and friends suggested to join the forum!
In reply to the questions:

1. Completely new to chickens - we're just starting to plan it out with coop design, location, how to find chicks/pullets, what's expected of us ongoing to maintain and tips/tricks/do's/don'ts are very welcome
2. Zero chickens right now!
3. N/A
4. Eggs are a big focus!
5. Gardening, fishing, woodworking etc.
6. We're located upstate NY just south of Adirondacks
7. Heard about BYC from a friend - forum looks amazing
