Hello and welcome to BYC. I usually take the one who is bullying out. I've put the bully in chicken jail inside the coop for a week and it changed her attitude. She no longer picks on the chick she was bullying.

I let them free range a little today, and nobody was fighting, so hopefully it was just pecking order stuff.

Our coop is still in the works, so they are all spending the nights in a dog crate in the garage. Today was the first free range day, and they actually followed me into the garage and then waited for me to lift them into the crate.

Can't wait to have a coop, and I can just open the door!
