Hello in welcome from the south, i have three hen and this is my fist Post, This would be on Random Rambling but i put it on here:

What kind of hens do you have and how often to they lay?

I have 3 Buff Orps. and they lay 1 egg a day each. Yum Yum Organic Breakfast.

We currently have
3 Barred Rocks
1 Rhode Island Red hen
6 Australorps
3 Easter Eggers
3 Silkies (one is a roo)
3 Mille Fleur d'Uccles (one is a roo)
4 Polish (two are roos)
2 Seramas (one is a roo)
and 4 White Guineas.

They are all about 22 weeks old and have just started laying in the past few weeks.
I get about an egg a day or every other day from most of them.
