I joined a while ago but not have my chickens

I live in Extremadura Spain and we have a small finca. Recently we have purchased 3 Nigerian Dwarf Goats and 9 mixed hens just basic regular layers, grey, brown and white, similar size to Sussex hens in the UK.

I have been offered a Trio of Brahmas, which along with Cochins are my Favorite breed.

Is it possible to keep a trio of Brahmas with my other girls, not worried about housing or land as thats plenty big enough
 
Welcome to BYC. There may be some initial skirmishing when you add the Brahmas, but they should be able to hold their own. Be sure to quarantine them before adding to the flock.

I am not so concerned about the Brahma hens but more the Cockerer\rooster

x2 on isolating new birds before you mix them up with your existing flock. You'll want to be sure they are healthy and aren't bringing in an illness or pest into your current flock.

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock.The first breed I ever owned were Brahmas (50 years ago), and they were gentle giants. They will do fine with the rest of your flock, but just make sure that you introduce them to your flock slowly and carefully using the "look but don't touch" method.
