Hi, I live in Central California and have around 50 chickens, many of them chicks. I have everything from various egg layers to my project birds, Modern Game Bantams and Showgirls. I've had chickens for over 20 years and my 2 oldest girls are around 13 yrs old.

If you can get some to 13 yrs. old, you really know how to raise chickens. Love your showgirl - I think they are adorable.
