hi!

I’m Abby, 25, from Michigan. Just recently got my first ever chickens a few weeks ago and am excited to learn more from everyone on this site! We started out with a large flock (14 chicks): 2 ameraucanas, 6 bantams, 2 buff orpingtons, 2 australorps, a Brahma, and a Wyandotte. I know that’s big, but we’ve done our research and have lots of help from our neighbors.

We also decided to get 4 ducklings as well so we have been busy! So excited for this adventure.

Including your general location on your profile will assist others. Location, climate, season etc can be important factors when members are responding to any questions you may have and vice versa.
