(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I've taken care of other people's chickens in the past but I've only had chickens of my own for a few months.
  1. (2) How many chickens do you have right now?
    I currently have 4 juvenile chickens, 1 standard chick and 9 bantams chicks.
    (3) What breeds do you have?
    I have Whiting True Blues, d'uccles, OEGB's, and some chicks that look to be some rather bizarrely colored bantam cochins.
    (4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
    Google.
    (5) What are some of your other hobbies?
  2. I also enjoy archery, offroading, and tinkering with my jeep.

  3. (6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
  4. I am married with no human children. I have two dogs, a cat, two lizards, a betta, and, of course, chickens. I'm hoping to pursue a career in law enforcement once we find the right place to settle but, at the moment, I'm a stay at home critter mom and writer.
