Hi, we have had chickens for at least ten years. Right now, we have four hens, two silkie roosters, and two silkie hens. The roosters were acquired this summer, so we decided to add to our silkie collection. We have four thriving chicks that are about two months old that were hatched with their momma. She still chooses to stay with them in their part of the coop.
