I'm terrible at introductions, so I'm stealing the copy paste template!

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
We bought our first bantam chickens in April 2022, added 8 new chicks in May, and 6 hens in June.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
More than I intended. 18 at the moment.

(3) What breeds do you have?
I have 9 Serama mixes, 6 Jersey giants, 2 Mystic Marans and 6 various Orpingtons.

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Watching the chickens, interacting with them.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I draw, I read, I enjoy gaming

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I umm, hmm, I have a former street dog named Samay who would very much like to eat my chickens. And I'm incredibly awkward socially, but sometimes I'm good at pretending I'm not.
