Hi

My name is Robin and my husband and I live on a 275 acre cattle farm in Central Alabama. We raise black Angus and sell freezer beef. We also have about 90 laying hens and sell our eggs through a local library and to friends and family. We will also raise out 20 meat birds about twice a year to put in our freezer as well.
While my chickens are technically a business, I do love them and love to give them occasional treats and toys and spoil them. I'm going to try to build them chick-nic tables this winter! I look forward to connecting with fellow chicken lovers here.
Welcome to BYC!!

Hi, welcome to BYC! It's nice to meet you Robin.
That's a LOT of land! (It's probably a normal size for a cattle farm, I wouldn't know :p)
Have fun!
