(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Very new! Have week and a half old chickens in my family room in an enclosure (storage bin) because my 10 year old son successfully lobbied my husband for chickens
I was and am not super enthusiastic because poop.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 8 but need to rehome any roosters (bought girls but there are risks as I understand it) and can only keep 6 due to local rules.
(3) What breeds do you have?
Easter eggers and lavender orpingtons.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Not sure yet!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
reading, running, bjj, listening to podcasts, working!
