Hi!

We have veto rights on naming, as my sons thrive on obvious names like "White, black, and yellow chicken" or "doorknob" (first thing you see when you are looking for a name). So now we have several named chickens and several more waiting on names . . . I love your names -- I have a goose named Buttercup, and another named Minnow and Chester. We have a rooster named Prince, a chicken named Sadie, and another chicken named Nosy Nellie . . . Welcome! There is lots of inspiration here . . . I especially like Vader . . .

My husband named his Nugget. She was, unfortunately, the one that got eaten right in front of the house, in broad daylight, by the mangy coyote. (I saw it, no fur at all. My daughter said it ws a chupacabra) Although they were upset by the fact that she was taken by a predator, both my teenagers found it somewhat amusing that Nugget got eaten
