Hi everyone I'm new to BYC I have two beautiful indian runners who today gave me my first eggs , I can't wait now to eat them, can some one please tell me can they be eaten straight away ? Do I put them in the fridge I'm new to this so any advice would be great thank you. .

Yes, you can eat them right away unless you want to "bronze" them for posterity

or maybe just take photos first.
