Nice to meet you Ryan. Do you have meat birds , layers or ????? 50 is a whole lotta chickens. What breeds do you have?

20 black australorps males and females
10 silkies a few different colors
5 Easter eggers females

not sure how i ended up with this many in all honesty
I'm a few feet of city limits when i found that out i kinda went crazy lol

Welcome to BYC, Ryan. Glad you decided join our flock. You have quite a large flock. Very few BYC members are immune to "chicken math." :eek:) Black Australorps are my favorite standard breed. I've raised them for years (along with dozens of other breeds), and they are extremely hardy, calm and gentle (my children and granddaughter made lap pets of them), and excellent layers of large, brown eggs. Our Easter Eggers are my granddaughter's (pictured in my avatar) favorites. She loves their colored eggs. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can.
