Welcome to BYC, maybe you just have crabby, gossipy pullet and not a rooster.

no I'm pretty sure he's a rooster now some of his feathers on his back are coming in now and i was rubbing my fingers along his back and I'm seeing some starts of a rooster feathers.

Oh well that's what you get when you get a straight run i guess.
