Hiatus in growth around 10 weeks

Hi folks,

My flock, consists of Barred Plymouth, Buff Orp, Rhode Island, Black Jersey Giant have some how slowed down in their growth. They are around 10 week old.
Is this normal that their growth rate will slow down around this time of their lives?

Yep, one of my chickens stopped growing when she was about that age, she's just kinda small.
