Anna looked to her then turned on the tv, glancing to see her reaction to it

Jason chuckled and made a motion over the racks of clothes "I already have a job here, so pick out something if you want to"

Tuktu walked into the store, moving his hand across the clothes hiding his face beneath his hood. He sniffed the air. "What are you doing here?" He asked Jason. "You are one of... the... animals are you?" He asked continuing to sniff

Faline jumped, her eyes wide and her chest heaving quickly. She stared at the tv and slowly walked up to it sniffing it. Hesitating every time the pictures moved
(She is still in animal form)

"It's a television, it's for entertainment" Anna said, glad it was some news show and not a violent movie.

Tuktu walked into the store, moving his hand across the clothes hiding his face beneath his hood. He sniffed the air. "What are you doing here?" He asked Jason. "You are one of... the... animals are you?" He asked continuing to sniff

Jason looked at him then slowly nodded "The forest is gone, so we have to adapt"

"It's a television, it's for entertainment" Anna said, glad it was some news show and not a violent movie.

"It's not very entertaining to me, how do people sit and watch such a terrifying object. It's like its alive but it isn't..."

Jason looked at him then slowly nodded "The forest is gone, so we have to adapt"

Tuktu nodded. "Yes, I heard it had been gone. But I have been stuck in the prison for a while..." He said, looking a another sweat shirt with a hood but was grey.

"Because they are used to it, it is not alive and can be controled with this" She said and held up the remote

Jason frowned and watched this guy "Prison?" He asked quietly then glanced around to be sure they were not being eavesdropped on

Tuktu nodded. "They, the police, are searching for our kind. But they only take the ones that they are sure 100% you are a shifter. Then they lock you up in a secret prison, only where our kind stays... but I escaped before they could lock me up, I'm trying my best to stay outta sight. A guy earlier noticed me and I had to threaten him to keep his mouth shut... you gotta watch your back,kid. Can't trust anyone anymore..." tuktu told him.

Faline watched amazed. "Weird." She chuckled

Anna smiled and changed the channel, finding a cartoon and watching it for a while

Tuktu nodded. Grabbing a hood and tucking it under his arm and running out of the store. "Hey!!! You get back here, thief!!!" The store clerk yelled at Tuktu as he ran down the street.

Faline shifted back to human, and sat and watched the cartoon for a moment
