Mark wasn't far behind her when she started to run and slid to a stop when she fell and hit her head. He paced, growling for a few moments before lifting her up to take her to the only den he knew that was still unfound. It was actually a cave behind the waterfall that he had claimed long ago and had made his own. When he got to it, he laid her in the 'bed', made of leaves and soft moss as well as the skins of the animals he had killed in other forests and cured into blankets. It was pretty much like a one room cabin in there. Only the entrance cave and a smaller offshoot to escape through if needed led away from this room. He had made a cooking area, because he sometimes liked to be in human form for a while, the only other furniture in there was some hand-hewn table and chairs set that looked pretty good, despite the roughness of it. he looked her over then left to get the bag he had dropped, shifting before he left the caveSkye stood up. She looked into his eyes, and watched his movements closely, wondering if he would chase her. After a moment she spun around, ran in the other direction. Skye didn't get far, as she ran one foot landed in a small hole. She stumbled, unable to revive her balance. As she fell her forehead smacked against a rock, and she was knocked into unconsciousness.
June walked around the room, and explored. She wondered what many things were, but kept her questions to herself.
