Luis lifted his head and the guard helped him up. "Get rid of the bars. Make it a solid wall with a window, but make the window bullet proof glass." Luis said and the guard nodded, then went to get some more people to begin building. Luis looked at Nisha and Follower and shook his head. He didn't want to completely isolate them, but he had to if they were going to act like this.
