Hiding in their feathers.

I was watching my Barred Rock and My silver sebright Hens on the perch, and my sebright was nesteling her head in my Barred Rocks feathers.

Is this a normal Behavior for chickens?

Yes, that's normal to tuck their heads in their own feathers. Never heard of it in another's feathers, but I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. Probably a once and done thing. JMHO

My chickens do that every night as they choose where to roost....I think it's a pecking-order thing...

I'm not worried about it that was last night and two of my other hens did it today

They also like to peck dried poop off wood..... I don't know what thats about.

Tucking heads into another's feathers is a BFF thing.

Pecking dried poop on wood is a universal chicken thing.
