I just got a beautiful arucana and black austrolope. My 7 other birds (5 WLH and 2 RIR'S) just attacked them so bad they went and hid under my shed. I tried to spray them with water but they didn't come out. How can I get them to come out. I even kept the 7 other birds locked up all day and these chickens are still hiding. Any advice would be helpful. I am Nervous they won't eat or drink under there. I am leaving some food out but I didn't see them eat. I made a huge mistake by not introducing them at night. Please help

Did you go through a quarantine and then an integration process first? Those are very important steps when you bring home new birds. The quarantine is to make sure the new ones don't bring some illness/disease to the existing flock. And the existing flock will see new ones as intruders without a "look but don't touch" period.

No but I should of. I just had a small dog crate to small for 2 birds. I figured if they all free range then they can get away. I messed up and now I'm trying to fix it. It's the best thing to leave the other burrs locked up for a few days while the newbies free range. The coop is hardware cloth on all sides so they will be able to see the other birds
