Hello, so I'm about to start the chicken journey (I have 20 chicks coming my way this April! I'm slightly out of my rocket so I ordered around 20 chicks; Olive egger, lavender orphington, cockoo maran, salmon faverolle and Cream legbars... I know, I'm a designer so I'm a sucker for color!

My family loves eggs and we go thru probably 3 cartons in a week and thats when I'm not baking or making french meringue, we try to get our food in the most sustainable way so getting chickens is the next step to complement our hunting.

More about me! also an artist and a wild game butcher aficionado, I love to cook but I have a full time job, add a 4 year old and I'm quite busy, we just got a 3 acre property and we are slowly building our own mini farm.

Why did I joined? well 2 friends with chickens are here too so they told me about it and it has been super useful!
