(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I had a flock of Rhode Island reds when I was 13 and I have decided that I want to be in the chicken world again.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? I have zero chickens right now. They will be here in April.
(3) What breeds do you have? Americaunas, Welsummer and Golden Laced Polish
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com? While I was googeling how to train dogs around chickens.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? I am a veteran gardner of 30 years and I am a collector of garden seeds, especially dwarf, miniature or container versions of regular garden seeds. With a speciality in tomatos and small melons.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I have 2 sons and we collect hit and miss engines, garden implements. I collect knives and hatchets/tomahaks. We also donate all of our produce to a local no questions asked food pantry. If you are looking for a seed variety and you can't find it anywhere ask me, I may have it or know where to get it.
