High humidity levels

I can not get the humidity level to come down off of 69%. I have front vent open & both vents A & B. Very little water in vent A. What do I do?

What brand and model of incubator are you using? Is it homemade?

Same question as above, but also what's the humidity like in the room? How long has it been running? Have you check the humidity with an exteneral hygrometer?
