I am going to order the mangels from Johnny's for next year. I think they'll be a good addition for the goats and chickens.
 
That sounds good. Since I don't have many animals, I can afford to spend a bit extra for less seed. Just as long as I get a goodly amount of food from it. Thank you!

If it is for the chickens, I suggest field corn or dent corn instead of sweet corn. It will store better.

Perhaps try Bloody Butcher or Trucker's Favorite.

There have been a couple of really good companies already recommended.

I am looking into that Bloody Butcher. I got my Baker's Creek catalog yesterday. I did a little jump for joy. Everyone of their awesome catalogs is like a subscription to a gardening magazine, LOL.
