Highest temperature for incubating?

If your incubator/hatcher spiked up to 102.d deg F, then you should be fine! Still or fan/forced air. Not what I would call..optimal, but well within the OK range. 105 deg F is a kill zone as thequaillady points out, but that means the internal egg temp reached 105 deg. F.. If it reached that internal egg temp, then redo from start. Other wise....let it ride!
 
My statement goes along with what Joe said. Just because your bator got to 102 doesn't mean that your eggs got that warm. Example:If your bator temp flexes between 98-101 the the egg probably stays between 99-100 or around 99.5.
