(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I got my lil babies a week ago <3

(2) How many chickens do you have right now? I have 2!! I do plan on getting at least one more, I know I should have at least 3.

(3) What breeds do you have? I'm not completely sure!! I got them from my cousin and she didn't say :[

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? I'm very new to it, but I just love having them. they're like my lil babies.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? I garden :) also new to that :0

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I have 9 cats and a bearded dragon!! beardies are pretty high maintenance, and I've noticed a few similarities between beardies and baby chicks.

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? :D
I was doing some research on my chicks and I found this website. I've only known about it for about a week. I wanna talk to other people with chickens, and maybe get more knowledge on raising chicks:)
 
Congratulations on getting your chicks and on joining this group. There's a lot of friendly folks here who will be happy to help you in any way they can.

Raising chickens and gardening are two hobbies that go well together! My birds always enjoy fresh veggie scraps. If I were a better gardener, I'm sure they would enjoy even more :) .
