Hillo (Hi/hello) What breeds to get?

Hillo! In the spring, we hope to get 3 female chicks. Not sure what breeds to get. We are looking for:

• Good layer
• Not broody
• Friendly and docile

It doesn’t freeze and rarely gets really hot where we live, so heat/cold tolerant isn't necessary. We're getting full-sized birds.

Any breed ideas that fit our criteria?
