Today, my bantam cockerel (bantam delaware/cochin), General, was caught helping Lottie, my other bantam Delaware, make a nest.

County Fair Show Day! The gals (and guy) did so good! Here is what they all got.

Lindor - Grand Champion in Senior Poultry Showmanship

Lottie - Reserve Champion for Bantams & First for Single Comb Clean Legged Bantams

Fauna - Fourth for Mediterranean Standard Breeds

Basil - 4th for Standard Barnyard Mix

Dolly - 4th for Standard Continental Breeds

Daisy
2nd for whatever class she is in

General
2nd for feather footed bantam

Here is a warm and happy yawning Lindor. It’s starting to get pretty cold (not in the negatives yet, but we are getting there) and she is enjoying the heat lamp and my warm lap. She’s got a crop full of food and is sleeeeepy! Happy Thanksgiving!
