Histoplasmosis and chickens

My cousin had histoplasmosis last winter and she hasn't been around poultry since she was a kid....50+ years ago!!

Woulden't that be a ventalation thing. I can accualy feel air going up in my coop. I'm just hoping it doesn't make it drafty. BUT i ordered 30 chicks and got 31 and all are thriving.........and not a roo insight......Iwas counting on their 95% sexxing!!!!!!!!
