You have a beautiful coop and run! Did you build this yourself? It's very nice!

Thank you! Yes, I built it this summer.
It used to be an in ground 6'x10'x3' high concrete dog house with an enclosed yard . I built the henhouse on top of the dog house. The dogs are inside my home these days. There's water and electric run to the coop. It's getting down to -6 tonite but I've got a flat panel heater for them.
They made it thru the nite, it was 25° in their last nite . It's 20° now,Is that to cold?

Not too cold for our silkies that aren't molting as they're outside in 18F right now. There is hardly no wind though and high is 22F so it'll get better.

Our rule is usually 20F and higher, they can come out. We make paths in the snow and they do come out!
