My brother has a road island red hen with one massive squishy lump on her chest it wobbles a lot but she doesn't seem to be in pain. She eats and drinks well and lays quite frequently any ideas guys

Could it be her crop? It is frightening how big they can get sometimes. I swear mine are going to tip off the roost at night they look so off balance.
