I have 2 BRs that are just over 6 weeks, Pop Tart is very different looking than Cookie. From everything I have read about BR roo characteristics, I'm almost positive she is a he. I also have 2 Buffs I'm unsure off. Take a look please!

And here are the Buffs 7 weeks old. These two keep me guessing, initially I thought the one with the neck fuzz was male but now I'm thinking the other is. Some days I think they are both pullets!

hey! i know this method of sexing barred rocks, but do you know how early this can be done? i got 3 pullets from a feed store and i am 99% sure they are, because they also look very dark colored, but one is getting pink wattles at age somewhere over 3 weeks?
Pop tart is male; he's double barred, which pullets can't be, and with a big red comb like that, definite boy.

Both buff orps look like pullets right now.

I'm a newbie to chickens. I can only say that both BRs looked similar in color till 2 weeks and clearly one was lighter grayish (pic below), in 4 days the Comb was very obvious and a hint of pink in week 3 . Also the yellow legs can be a sign from what I have read.
