Hmmm...what to do with left over lumber and wood from new coop????

We keep all of our leftovers for either later projects or backyard fires in our fire pit when we we run out of firewood. Larger pieces are most definitely saved for future projects. Our nest boxes and feeder were all built from leftover scrap wood!

Thanks for the ideas guys. Oh gosh, no I don't want to get ride of it. I've got the chicken and building bug now. Too bad I can't actually build much of it myself. Need hubby and he said that if I want another coop, I'll have to find someone else to build it, lol. He has plans for the extra pieces for the attic to put a floor in so we can use it as storage. I guess that makes sense, lol. Oh well, just have to keep an eye on craigslist for he future.

Build a small coop or save it until your flock expands....it will!!
