I would like to raise a few chickens for fresh eggs, even checking with the HOA but my they say "No pet Birds"!
Any ideas on how to overcome this restriction?

    Thanks, AZGuy

Welcome, and sorry to say this but when it comes to HOA you may be stuck, see a lawyer specializing in property and the initial consult may be free or cheap ask first, but I think your stuck unless the covenant could be changed with a vote and the neighbors are willing to vote on a change in your favor.
