I need some advice how to start this.
Slowly.. baby steps. Try a few things and see how you like the extra work. If you start off big, you may get in over your head.
Get a few birds. And slowly grow from there to a comfortable medium.
We started with Chickens years ago. Got into Goats there after. Cows and swine got thrown into the mix. Figure out ways to break even with feed cost. You will hardly profit but staying out of the red is our goal.
Egg sales pay for our feed for 100+ chickens & 17 goats.
Goats are our bush hoggers/mowers.
Pig sales pay for swine feed and freezer yield.
Pigs deweed/till/fertilize our gardens.
Cows always put us in the red.
Turkeys grow fast, meaning faster return & less feed.
We incubate and hatch Chickens as well. That is hit & miss as far profit is concerned.
Just finding ways to keep it fun will be hard if you get in over your head.
Housing, medical, food and security.
Start small and find happiness and contentment.
Good luck and best wishes.
