Hobbyist permit in ma. For ornamental pheasants ? Anyone have any info ?

Check with Tom Doherty in Westford,Ma.Here in N.H it's called propergating permit.It is only required for ringneck pheasant,bobwhite quail,whatever they consider a native species which ringnecks are not but they consider them to be.
