Hogansville, GA?

Before I try to contact the city govt., does anyone know of any particular codes regarding chickens within Hogansville, GA city limits? In Troup County they are permitted as long as coops are 50 feet from the property line. But I have looked their website up and down (http://www.cityofhogansville.org/) and cannot even locate a written municipal code for the city.

Just wondering if anyone had first hand knowledge. Thanks!
