Hole in egg but no chick coming out

Hello, today is day 21. This hole appeared yesterday and the chick inside isn’t coming out. I can see movement but should I do something or not? This is my very first time incubating eggs. One hatched yesterday and is pecking and bullying the newborns. Should I remove him?
Another chick has been bleeding from abdomen. It has stopped but is this normal?

Thankyou for your response. Yes! The chick finally did hatch late last night. He really struggled and couldn’t come out. We ended up helping him quite a bit. I don’t know what the problem was or why..He’s doing great this morning though! Whew!

from the picture it looks like he came from the pointy side of the egg? Maybe he wasn’t in good position and couldn’t quite get out. Glad he’s doing well!

I can’t remember for sure but that good be the case. We’ve also noticed his beak is not pointed. It’s flat! We’re thinking that could have been the problem too!
