Morning folks. I hope everyone slept better than I did last night. Tonight i have a sleep study scheduled.
The studio in Danville is finally open today, after being closed since early December. Snow days, we had a crazy small amount of snow.
The snow removal guys are pathetic at their jobs. They sand the road while plowing. Then they turn around and plow from the other direction, while sanding. Usually 3 times. It's crazy. They left a huge pile of snow in the road, right in front of the studio , which fills 2 parking spots. Parking spots are hard to come by, since people going to the gym nearby want to park as close as possible to the gym. Then they run around the block. Just run to the car parked the next street over! Good grief.
Most everyone has stuff to carry coming into the studio, and most of us are over 40.

I have had so many sleep studies over the years. I finally know how to trick them. I have taught myself to vacuum seal my mouth shut and breath through my nose all night. I sleep on my back all night. I lost weight also. That helped a lot. My last one I had very minimal apnea.

Been sitting here for a couple hrs. now I guess. Going to KY. later. Robert just rolls out of bed and says" lets go!" WTH, I don't think I was ever like that. I told him no, I need a couple more hrs at least.

Why are you going to Kentucky? To buy cigarettes?

I think MO has the best cigatrette prices bc we have the lowest taxes on them. When I lived in AZ, me and several other ladies would put together a big order and order a couple hundred dollars' worth at a time. Man I'm glad I'm not wasting money like that any more!

Pa is the same way! He then wants to know why we don't have a snack or a drink when we are on the road. Well, if you had given me a minute I might have fixed it! He is not as bad about it as he used to be. I still get everything ready the night before a trip so all I have to do is fix the drinks. I try not to schedule appointments until late morning or early afternoon to give me time to get there.

Done at eye dr. No infection, so no ABX needed. Continue w warm compresses and she's ordered me an ointment to put in every night that should help. Ooh, also an eye mask I can heat in the microwave, can't wait to try THAT out tonight!

Used to do that, Cap. What fun. We'd go out on Friday evenings. Local restaurant had an all you could eat sea food buffet. Man I miss that place.

We did our grocery shopping today and I got Bigelow's ginger peach turmeric tea. Delicious and invigorating! If we get the cold they are asking for, some hot drinks will be in the menu.
On the menu tonight is beef barley& rice soup. I love barley soup!

That does sound good. Right now I'm drinking Celestial Garden's Peppermint tea iced. I did chicken and bean burritos for dinner.
